GKF organized a lovely event to mark the UN’s international Day for People with a Physical Disability, and the completion of GKF’s first season in Greece.
Participants, friends and supporters gathered at The Hub Events in the heart of Athens- a space that offers state of the art facilities and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Wind that Works : Grow, Kite, Fly!
GKF is proud to report the huge success of our first project in Greece, organized in partnership with 2S; a workshop to introduce kiteboarding to people with physical disabilities that was held in Vravrona, near Athens, on Thursday 28th of July. We also saw a huge beach cleanup at the same time.

Nelson Mandela said it best. Here at GKF we are very excited about our upcoming projects in Greece. With Nelson Mandela’s words as a guide, we have an ambitions plan – to develop projects around the world that unite local communities through kitesports.
